1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between sz99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who registers an account, accesses, or uses the services available at sz99.cam and any associated subdomains or applications. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and sz99.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

Services

Wager / Bet

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on sz99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age stipulated by the laws of your country of residence or by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Age verification documentation will be required. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws applicable to you.
3. Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. Users accessing the Platform from Restricted Jurisdictions do so in breach of these Terms. sz99 reserves the right to close accounts and withhold funds where access is determined to originate from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
4. Personal Use Only: You must be acting on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes only. Use of the Platform on behalf of third parties, or for commercial wagering or arbitrage operations, is prohibited.
5. Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on sz99. Opening additional accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
6. Not Self-Excluded: You must not currently be subject to any voluntary or operator-imposed self-exclusion restriction from gambling services.
7. Accuracy of Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and current. You are responsible for updating your account details if your circumstances change.

4 Account Registration & Verification

Account registration requires completion of the registration form with accurate personal details including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in repeated cases of non-compliance, account closure. sz99 reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures where there is a reasonable basis for suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

You are responsible for the security of your account username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. You should notify sz99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5 Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to use the Services solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Specifically, you agree that you will:

• Use the Platform only for personal recreational purposes and not for any commercial, arbitrage, or professional wagering operation.
• Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features, access controls, or technical measures implemented by sz99.
• Not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform, access account features, or place wagers.
• Not engage in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Not collude with other players, manipulate game outcomes, engage in match-fixing or sports manipulation, or engage in any form of cheating.
• Not open multiple accounts or allow another person to open an account on your behalf.
• Not use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illicit financial activity.

Violation of any term in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

6 Deposits & Payment Methods

Funds may be deposited into your sz99 account using payment methods available in the cashier section of your account dashboard. Available methods may vary depending on your location, account status, and current operator configuration.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. 7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following general conditions:

1. KYC Completion: Your account must have completed the mandatory identity verification process before any withdrawal will be processed. Partial or outstanding KYC documentation will delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
2. Wagering of Deposits: In certain circumstances, sz99 may require that deposited funds have been wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted. Specific requirements will be communicated at the time of deposit or in applicable promotional terms.

7. Fraud Prevention: sz99 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks or request further documentation before approving withdrawal requests where fraud indicators are detected.

8 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

sz99 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback programs, free spins, and other incentives to registered Users. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Offers are available only to eligible Users as defined in the specific promotional terms. Age, jurisdiction, and account standing requirements apply.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds carry wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover or playthrough requirements) that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the specific offer terms.
• Minimum Deposit: Most bonuses require a qualifying minimum deposit before the bonus is credited. The minimum deposit threshold is specified per offer.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the period specified in the offer terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically.

• One Bonus Per User: Unless specified otherwise, welcome bonuses are available to each eligible User once only. Attempting to claim a new-player offer multiple times via duplicate accounts constitutes fraud.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on sports events and casino games on the sz99 Platform:

• Wager Acceptance: A wager is not accepted until confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number is issued. Wagers placed in error or on clearly incorrect odds are subject to cancellation at sz99's discretion.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each market, game, or event carries defined minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits may vary by sport, event type, account tier, and real-time risk management requirements.
• Settlement: Sporting event wagers are settled according to official results published by recognized governing bodies. sz99 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation in disputed or irregular circumstances.
• Abandoned or Voided Events: Wagers on events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled may be voided and stakes returned to the user's balance, subject to specific rules per sport and market type.
• Live Betting: In-play (live) bets are subject to suspension and changes in available markets during the event. Bets placed during a disconnection or technical disruption on the user's end remain binding if accepted by the Platform.
• Casino Game Integrity: Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer procedures. Verified RTP (Return to Player) figures are indicated where available per game. Past results do not influence future outcomes.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sz99 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

• Session Time Reminders: Optional duration alerts and session time limits.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspensions ranging from 24 hours to several weeks.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

sz99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Suspicion or detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation
• Account access from a Restricted Jurisdiction
• Detection of duplicate accounts or multi-accounting
• Abusive or threatening behaviour directed at support staff or other users
• At the User's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion
• Legal requirement, regulatory instruction, or court order

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, sz99 reserves the right to forfeit any balances held in the account. Where closure is at the User's request or due to circumstances unrelated to breach, the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the User following completion of verification procedures, less any applicable processing fees.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sz99 excludes liability for any loss, damage, or expense of any kind arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses from wagering, loss of data, system downtime, technical errors, or interruption of service.

sz99 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect service availability. sz99 is not liable for losses sustained due to connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit sz99's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14 Intellectual Property

All content on the sz99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform, is the property of sz99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, modify, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform's content without prior written consent from sz99.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sz99 holds its operating licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

16 Changes to These Terms

sz99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through in-platform notifications or email to your registered address prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
